To get to Parksville, French Creek and Lasqueti Island
Take the new Island Highway North from Nanaimo. Drive North through Parksville. Look for the “Lasqueti Island Passenger Ferry” sign on the right. French Creek Marina is between Parksville and Qualicum. The Lasqueti Ferry launches from the last pier of French Creek Marina. The ferry crossing to Lasqueti is one hour. It is a passenger ferry only.

You will need to get your fishing licence from Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
When making your plans, please keep in mind there are no Lasqueti ferries on Tuesdays, and service on Wednesdays run only in July and August.
